..Battle Of the Burger: August 10th
Let’s start the month with an activity we love, eating! We do not have to tell you the seriousness of the burger business in NYC, and you don’t have to be like Marshall Erickson searching the city for the best burger, because that will be declared at Pier 26 (Hudson River between N Moore and Hubert St). Burgers found from the best steakhouses, restaurants and luncheonettes can all be found at this festival, so wear something comfy and get ready for a day filled with amazing food!

Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival: August 12th
No need to travel for hours, Hong Kong has taken the trip for you by coming to Corona Park! In Flushing Meadows you see around 180 teams gather and race along downstream as they row to the beat of their boats drummer. The festival, which is inspired by Chinese tradition offers a lot to do!
